  • Your order will be on a wild journey to arrive to you within 5-7 business days, as long as there is sufficient stock and your payment has been verified. International shipping may vary.

    Shipping fees are variable depending on location. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking number that lets you know your shipment has been dispatched.

    Shipping is dispatched on business days. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days then please get in touch with us.

    We love that you said ‘yes’ to our range! But you are allowed to change your mind and if you feel that ‘yes’ turns into a ‘no’ then please do send your item/s back to us, as long as it is within 30 days and the item/s are in the same unworn condition as they were sent. We are not about overflowing wardrobes and careless clothing. We’re all about slow fashion and want you to really love the piece you ordered.

  • All domestic orders will journey to your door within 7-10 business days. International shipping varies depending on where in the world you are located. The prices and delivery times will be worked out according to the location of address and weight of your order.

  • If your tracking details are saying your order has been delivered but it’s nowhere in sight. Make sure you check your shipping address. Check with your neighbors or call your post office to find out if there was an attempted delivery.

    Please note that there are some instances where the package is marked as delivered as much as 36 hours before the delivery so you may need to wait up to 3 business days in this case. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been misplaced during shipping or not received due to theft or negligence. Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, we release liability and will not reship any packages that are marked as delivered.

  • You may return your item within 30 days from the day it gets shipped out. Get in touch with us at julia@acosmicyes.com to arrange a return.

    Rules for returns:

    • Must be returned within 30 days of the items being shipped from our fulfillment centers

    • Items to be returned in their original packaging

    • Tags to be attached to the unworn item/s

    • Items that contain any evidence of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

    Should these rules not be followed, A Cosmic Yes reserves the right to return the item back to you upon the purchaser’s expense and/or not refund for that item.
