Shipping
After your payment has been verified, your order will be on a wild journey to arrive to you within 5-10 business days.
We ship free of cost internationally.
We will dispatch your Order within 3 business days and you will receive the tracking information via email. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days then please get in touch with us.
Please note that for any custom orders, time might vary. We will inform you personally via email.
All EU shipments are handled by our partner DHL.
All international shipments are handled by our Partner DHL EXPRESS.
Once the order is passed to DHL EXPRESS, a cosmic yes is no longer responsible for the delivery process. For any shipping delays, issues or fees that may apply during the shipping process, a cosmic yes will not and cannot be held responsible.

Duties & Taxes
All EU orders include custom duties.
For all international orders outside of EU please note, that custom duties and/or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of our international customers.
When your package goes through Customs you will be contacted by DHL/DHL EXPRESS with further instructions on how to pay duties & taxes and receive your package.
Returns
We love that you said ‘yes’ to our range! But you are allowed to change your mind and if you feel that ‘yes’ turns into a ‘no’ then please do send your item/s back to us, as long as it is within 14 days and the item/s are in the same unworn condition as they were sent. We are not about overflowing wardrobes and careless clothing. We’re all about slow fashion and want you to really love the piece you ordered.
Rules for return
♥ Personalized, Customized, and Altered products (orders) are NON REFUNDABLE and NON RETURNABLE
♥ Must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order
♥ Items are to be returned in their original packaging
♥ Tags to be attached to the unworn item/s
♥ Items that contain any evidence of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted.
Should these rules not be followed, A Cosmic Yes reserves the right to return the item back to you upon the purchaser’s expense and/or not refund for that item.

If your return is accepted, you can ship to us with a courier of your choice and our team is there to support you with any questions or concerns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
